I want to notify you in writing about your stellar mechanic, Bradley Miles.

He was contracted to work in my Admiralty condo unit #000 (address removed) in Old Port Cove on October 20-22, 2021.

From the moment he walked through my door, he assured me that the entire project would be done efficiently and installation would be carefully and accurately completed. He clearly explained the entire project which inspired great confidence in my wife and I knowing we were in excellent hands. 

He made sure that the replacement of our two bedroom windows and patio doors to impact glass would be completed with no problems. His attention to detail was marvelous. He made sure the job was done right, on schedule, and handled in the most professional and courteous manner. He delivered on every one of his promises to us. 

Do not lose this gentleman as he is a tremendous asset to your company. His future is very bright because of the pride he takes in his work. 

When the job was completed, it was like the impact doors and windows were always there. My entire condo was left clean and orderly. Because of Bradley's dedication to his workmanship, his high attention to detail, and his professionalism, we are truly satisfied customers.
